About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and publish like a pro. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to be told what to do. We’re after someone who can take ownership of our group-wide marketing, shape the plan and drive the day-to-day execution — across multiple brands under the WOWVI Group umbrella.

You’ll be working closely with the CEO, leading the charge on campaigns for:

• WOWVI Video (video production & animation)
• WOWVI Spaces (commercial interior design & build)
• Active Print Solutions (design, print & signage)
• CEO’s personal brand (entrepreneurial content and social channels)
• WOWVI Group itself (for partnerships, recruitment, and brand awareness)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans for each business
  • Write blog posts, emails, newsletters, and website content
  • Use ChatGPT to generate, repurpose and optimise marketing copy
  • Script and storyboard for video content and campaign ideas
  • Manage and grow our content bank across all brands
    
    
• Social Media Management
  • Plan and schedule daily LinkedIn content for all WOWVI brands and the CEO’s personal page
  • Create posts (text, video, image, carousels) aligned with each brand’s tone
  • Monitor engagement, spot trends, and report performance
    
    
• Website & SEO
  • Manage updates to WordPress sites (working with designers/devs when needed)
  • Improve SEO using blog content, keyword planning and Yoast SEO best practices
  • Upload blog content in Elementor with attention to layout and readability
    
    
• Campaigns & Distribution
  • Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns (lead gen, product launches, etc.)
  • Build and send newsletters using Benchmark
  • Coordinate paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) where appropriate
  • Distribute content across web, email and social platforms
    
    
• PR, Partnerships & Brand Building
  • Write and pitch press releases for group-wide activity
  • Explore new collaborations and media opportunities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing output

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong copywriting skills — you’ll need to write sharp, human, engaging content
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and brands at once
• Confidence to take the lead and bring new ideas to the table
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Yoast SEO, Canva, ChatGPT and social scheduling tools
• Video marketing experience a bonus (you’ll be working closely with WOWVI Video)
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait for a brief – you create the brief

The Nice-to-Haves

• Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Email marketing experience (Benchmark, Mailchimp or similar)
• PR or media outreach background
• Paid ad campaign experience (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time
